Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Angler Hotel's website and on-property services. By using this website, making a reservation, or staying with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not in any way that could damage, disable, impair, or interfere with the website or another visitor's use of it. Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated, changed, or removed without notice.

2. Reservations and Bookings

Reservations made through links on this website may be processed by our partner reservation system, including Choice Hotels and/or Ascend Collection booking platforms. Applicable third-party booking terms, rate rules, and cancellation policies may apply at the time of booking.

The Angler Hotel is independently owned and operated. Rates, taxes, fees, availability, and policies are subject to change. A valid credit card and government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to reserve a room.

3. Taxes and Fees

Room rates may be subject to applicable state, local, occupancy, tourism, service, or other taxes and fees. These amounts may vary and are shown at the time of booking where available.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation rules vary by rate, reservation type, and booking channel, and are shown at the time of booking. Failure to arrive for a reservation without prior cancellation or notice may result in a charge equal to the first night's stay plus applicable taxes and fees, or another amount stated in the applicable booking terms.

Please contact the front desk at +1 (936) 327-2300 if you need to change or cancel a reservation.

5. Check-In, Check-Out, and Guest Requirements

Check-in and check-out times, payment requirements, deposits, incidental holds, and identification requirements may vary by reservation type or hotel policy. Guests are responsible for all charges, fees, damages, and policy violations associated with their room and reservation.

6. On-Property Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and property. Smoking is not permitted inside guest rooms or public indoor spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas may be available.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Excess cleaning, smoking-violation, missing item, or damage fees may be charged to the guest's room or payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a reservation, or remove a guest from the property for disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, fraudulent, or policy-violating conduct, subject to applicable law.

7. Amenities, Parking, and Services

Amenities, services, parking availability, and operating hours may vary and may be changed, limited, or unavailable without notice due to maintenance, safety, weather, staffing, or other operational reasons. Use of amenities, parking areas, and hotel facilities is at the guest's own risk, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Guest Property and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Texas law, The Angler Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest property, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
